1. Return Eligibility

At MIGO TIRE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy for all tires and products purchased.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

    • The original purchase receipt must be provided.

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

    • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to driving or improper use by the customer.

3. Exchange or Store Credit

    • Refunds are not available; however, in certain special cases, return costs may be refunded.

    • Customers can exchange their product for another item or receive store credit.

    • Exchanges or store credit issuance will be processed within 7 days after return approval.

4. How to Return a Product

    • Customers can return the product in person at our store.

    • Return processing is completely free, and no additional fees will be charged.

    • In some cases, our team may arrange pickup for the returned tire at the customerโ€™s location. Please contact us to check eligibility.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Return requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

    • If it is determined that the product defect was caused by the customerโ€™s driving or improper use.

    • Items that have been damaged due to customer use.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

    • Some products come with a warranty or guarantee. If applicable, warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase.
