At MIGO TIRE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for defective products only. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • The original purchase receipt must be provided.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • Tires that have been mounted, installed, or used are not eligible for return.
  • Any damage caused by driving or improper use voids eligibility.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered at our discretion for confirmed defective products.
  • Processing time for approved returns is up to 7 business days.

4. Return Process

  • Returns can be made in person at our location.
  • Customers are responsible for return transportation unless the product is confirmed defective.
  • In certain cases, pickup may be arranged at our discretion.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
  • Used or installed tires
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Clearance or final sale items
