At MIGO TIRE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 20-day return policy for eligible products.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for new and unused tires (including incorrect size orders) as well as defective products. All return requests must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
The original purchase receipt must be provided.
Strictly Unused and Unmounted: The product must be unused and uninstalled. This means the tire must absolutely never have been mounted, seated, or even test-fitted onto a rim or wheel.
Original Condition & Labels: The tire must be returned in its complete original condition. All original manufacturer labels and stickers must still be intact and attached to the tire. Tires with missing or damaged labels will not be accepted.
Any damage caused by driving, mounting attempts, or improper use immediately voids eligibility.
3. Refunds, Fees, and Inspections
Non-Defective Returns (e.g., incorrect size ordered or change of mind): The original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Defective Products: All tires claimed to be defective must undergo a physical inspection by our team first. A full refund, exchange, or store credit will only be issued after the defect is officially confirmed.
Processing time for approved returns and refunds is up to 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
4. Return Process & Shipping Costs
Returns can be dropped off in person at our location free of charge.
If the return is not due to a company error or a confirmed defect, the customer is fully responsible for returning the tires. If MIGO TIRE arranges the return pickup on your behalf, the return shipping cost will also be deducted from your final refund.
If a product is confirmed defective upon inspection, MIGO TIRE will cover all associated shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used, mounted, or installed tires.
Tires missing their original manufacturer labels or stickers.
Products damaged due to misuse, road hazards, or improper installation.
Clearance or final sale items.
6. Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for more details regarding warranty claims.

⚠️ Studded tires are restricted in Ontario. They are permitted only in certain areas (mainly Northern Ontario) and during set dates. It is your responsibility to check the rules where you drive.
Studded tires and studding are non-refundable once installed.
