We ship across Canada.
Free local delivery is available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Orders outside the GTA are shipping only and do not include installation.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Any applicable taxes are calculated according to your delivery address.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to factors beyond our control.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Signature on Delivery
All shipments require the customer’s signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the order at the delivery address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email so you can follow your delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details.
If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
