We make every effort to display product details, availability, and pricing accurately. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is placed and confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For larger orders, additional payment verification may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address.
All shipments require the customer’s signature upon delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
5. Installation Services
Tire installation is available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only.
Orders outside the GTA are shipping only and do not include installation.
Installation appointments are coordinated by email or phone after an order has been placed.
If you are not available at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling or trip fee may apply at our discretion.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and claims are subject to the manufacturer’s policies. Please contact us for assistance with warranty-related inquiries.

MIGO TIRE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
