225/55R17 97 T GENERAL ALTIMAX RT45 BSW All Season

The General ALTIMAX RT45 BSW All Season is an all-season tire in size 225/55R17 engineered to resist aquaplaning through circumferential drainage channels and wet-road grooves that actively evacuate water from the contact patch. The compromise compound operates effectively from approximately +7°C through summer heat, delivering usable traction across spring, summer, and fall conditions without the expense of seasonal swaps.

• Vehicle Fit: This size fits many sedans and compact crossovers, including the Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Toyota RAV4, and Honda CR-V. For exact fitment, check the tire size sticker inside your driver-side door or use the tire size search on the migotire.com homepage.

• Seasonal Performance: The ALTIMAX RT45 uses a moderate-depth tread pattern with wet-road grooves and circumferential channels designed to shed water efficiently. Operating from +7°C to high temperatures, this all-season tire is not a substitute for dedicated winter rubber on snow or ice.

• Load & Speed Rating: Load index 97 supports up to 730 kg (1,609 lbs) per tire—sufficient capacity for a typical passenger sedan with occupants and cargo. Speed rating T permits a maximum of 190 km/h, covering highway and city driving safely.

• Tire Type: The RT (rugged-terrain) category combines traits of all-terrain and mud-terrain designs. It offers more aggressive grip than standard all-season rubber while maintaining acceptable on-road comfort and handling for regular driving.
